ACCOMODATIONS

We are thrilled that you are joining us in France as we celebrate our marriage. We don't take for granted the massive effort you are making in traveling all this way, and our hope is to make your journey as easy as possible and very memorable! Our wedding will be held at the lovely Château de la Valouze

between June 3rd and June 5th. During our stay, we would be thrilled to host you as our guests at the château. Space is limited, so make sure to touch base with us and let us know if you would like to stay on premise and we will help you get set up with the right room.

There are not many hotels in the direct vicinity of the château, so we hope you will stay with us! However, if you do decide to stay off premise, the best idea would be to stay at nearby St. Emilion and transport by car to the location for the wedding and celebrations. Below is a link to to accommodations in St. Emilion. Alternatively, there are AirBnb's within driving distance from La Roche-Chalais which would also be a good option.

TRANSPORTATION

We will be flying into Paris and renting a car for a few days before the wedding in order to see the sites and adjust to the time zone, and we recommend you do the same! We will meet up with as many people as possible in Bordeaux prior to traveling to the château. If you prefer to use public transportation instead of renting a car, there is a high speed train running from Paris to Bordeaux. It will take approximately 3 hours to get to Bordeaux by train. We will have transportation leaving from Bordeaux to the château on June 3rd for all of those who are traveling with us. Please reach out if you have any needs and we will do our best to accommodate. FLIGHTS

If flying into Paris, the Chateau is approximately 5 hour drive from the airport, or a 3 hour train ride to the Bordeaux station and then an additional 50 minute drive to the Chateau.

Alternatively you can choose to fly directly to Bordeaux.

Toulouse is another good option if you are coming from Atlanta, and is a 3 hour drive to the Chateau.
